These terms govern access to brokerpostai.com, the free Agency Marketing Preview, and other free website materials provided by BrokerPost AI (“BrokerPost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or submitting a preview request, you agree to these terms.

1. BrokerPost’s role

BrokerPost provides general marketing content, planning, and related business services for insurance brokerages. BrokerPost is not an insurance broker, insurer, adjuster, regulator, law firm, or compliance adviser.

2. No insurance, legal, or compliance advice

Website information and preview content are general marketing materials only. They do not:

• Recommend insurance coverage to any person.
• Interpret a policy, exclusion, endorsement, claim, or legal obligation.
• Guarantee that content is legally or regulatorily compliant.
• Replace advice from a licensed broker, insurer, lawyer, regulator, or other qualified professional.

3. Brokerage review and approval

Any brokerage using BrokerPost material is responsible for reviewing and approving it before publication. The brokerage must confirm agency-specific, insurer-specific, product-specific, licensing, advertising, and regulatory information and ensure that published material complies with its own obligations.

4. Agency Marketing Preview

The free preview is a limited demonstration based on information submitted by the requester and public business information that may be available. BrokerPost may decline a request, limit the scope, or decide that a brokerage is not a fit for the current service.

A preview is not a complete monthly marketing package, a promise of future service, or an obligation to enter a business relationship. Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

5. Accuracy of submitted information

You agree to provide accurate business information and confirm that you have authority to submit it. Do not provide policyholder names, policy numbers, claims files, medical information, financial information, or other confidential customer information.

6. No results guarantee

BrokerPost does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, search rankings, engagement, policy growth, customer retention, regulatory approval, or any other business result. Marketing results depend on many factors outside BrokerPost’s control.

7. Pricing information

Website pricing is informational and may change. Taxes, onboarding, extra brands, additional locations, custom work, and other requirements may affect the final price. A paid engagement begins only after a service agreement is accepted and required payment is received.

8. Intellectual property

The BrokerPost name, website design, process descriptions, templates, software, prompts, branding, and original website content are owned by BrokerPost or used with permission. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or use them to create a competing service except as permitted by law or written agreement.

Preview recipients may use the specific sample content delivered to their own brokerage after review and approval, but may not sell or redistribute the BrokerPost system, templates, or internal methods.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another organization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, overload the form, collect data without authorization, or request content that would provide individualized insurance, legal, claims, or policy advice.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, email, form, cloud, payment, AI, or other services. BrokerPost is not responsible for third-party services, availability, security, or content except to the extent required by law.

11. Availability and changes

BrokerPost may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or preview availability at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and free preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or business results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or decisions made using website or preview material. Where liability cannot be excluded, BrokerPost’s total liability related to a free preview will not exceed CAD $100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, unauthorized submission of confidential information, or publication of material without the required brokerage review, except to the extent caused by BrokerPost’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts located in British Columbia will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply.
